Hamish KERR Hamish KERR - Managing Director

Hamish is the Managing Director of SCOPE. Hamish still undertakes and manages large scale operations and in this role has planned and executed numerous major investigations, within the corporate and commercial sector, including significant fraud and theft projects, Insurance Fraud, Loss Prevention, Security Risk Analysis and provided consultancy for Employment Relations Act matters.  

Hamish also undertakes security consultancy and CPTED audits. He is currently working with some of New Zealand’s largest (NZX) companies advising on Security and Risk .

Hamish is also currently working with a number of Insurance companies providing counter-fraud strategy advice and long term future proofing for insurance claims teams.

During his tenure as a Police Detective he held a number of key relationship roles that included holding liaison positions with the Serious Fraud Office, Immigration Department, The Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Corrections.

 
Kieran MILNE Kieran MILNE - Advisory Board

Kieran is the Managing Director of G4S Compliance & Investigations in Australia. A recognised leader in the Australian Investigation industry, Kieran is dedicated to the long term future of its operations in Australia, New Zealand and abroad.

Kieran holds an Associate Diploma in Policing & Graduate Diploma in Fraud Investigation (Charles Sturt University), Certificate III in Investigative Services, Certificate IV Government Fraud Control, Certificate IV in Security & Risk Management and various business management qualifications from the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).  

He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, the Risk Management Institute of Australasia, and the Australian Life & Underwriting Association.

 
Rich photo Richard KERR - Advisory Board

Richard attained a BCom in Marketing & Accounting at Auckland University. Graduating in 1988 he initially worked as an auditor for KMPG where he qualified as a CA in 1992.

He has held senior commercial and finance positions in a number of organisations including Finance & Operations Controller at Hagemeyer NZ, Finance Director at Oracle New Zealand and Commercial Projects Manager for a US software firm Epiphany in the UK & Europe. Richard has also provided consulting services focused on IT implementation and process improvement to organisations such as Foodstuffs NZ.

Richard's role at SCOPE is focused on commercial management and strategy. He does not participate in investigations. He was acting CFO at Auckland Regional Council and is now CFO of Waterfront Auckland. 

 
Mike photo Mike STOBBS - Advisory Board

Mike has an extensive background in business strategy, consultancy, e-commerce and payments having in the past been the Chief manager of Electronic Banking at ASB Bank, Regional Practice Director at Oracle Australasia, CEO of Advantage e-Commerce, and most recently CEO at Xelocity. Mike was also involved in the set up the most successful electronic commerce switch in New Zealand, ECN Limited which is now owned by New Zealand Post

Mike has also held a number of Executive and Non-Executive director roles as well as a number of Advisory Board roles and particularly enjoys working with SME's that are either start-ups or experiencing significant change and growth. Some past and current roles have included ISL, ASB Payment Services, Deer Genetics, MobileLife, Milano Agencies, Viisibility, Unimarket and Merco.
